Full-Floor Options With 360-Degree Views

The Empire State Building offers spectacular 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline from the privacy of your own event space. Our full-floor event space is a client's perfect blank canvas to transform the space into a truly customized event experience with the versatile loft-like layout.

Capacity: Up to 300 guests, depending on event space selected

80^th Floor

The 80^th floor of the Empire State Building offers impressive views of lower Manhattan with Art Deco-inspired design elements and detailed mosaic tile work and sconces. Guests will truly experience New York elegance perched high atop one of the world's tallest buildings.

2^nd Floor Energy-Efficiency Events

For those energy-efficient clients, the 2^nd floor of the Empire State Building offers event space that showcases our world-famous energy-efficiency work with a multimedia exhibit. Your guests can learn about the Empire State Building's ground-breaking retrofit while enjoying a sustainability-themed cocktail reception for your company.

Observatory

During your event, arrangements can be made for your guests to have access to our world-famous Observatory at an additional cost. The 86th floor Observatory provides a unique opportunity for your guests to experience the amazing views.

Available on a per case basis when planned in conjunction with a contracted event; additional fees will apply.

Please note that we cannot accommodate weddings, birthday parties and other personal events; ESB does not have meeting facilities and conference rooms for rental.
